Delete your Triodo account

This page explains how to delete your Triodo account and the data associated with it.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Triodo and tap Account.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm by tapping Delete account again.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Can't open the app?

Email hello@triodo.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Triodo account." We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account (email and user ID)
All synced inbox ideas, projects, goals, notes and steps
AI helper requests, results, usage counts and consent records
Feedback you sent, including any attached photos

What may remain

Projects saved only on your phone stay there until you delete the app. Server logs and encrypted backups held by our hosting providers expire on their normal schedule [CONFIRM, e.g. within 30 days]. We don't keep any other copy.
