Triodo ("Triodo", "we", "us") is a planner app designed for ADHD brains, operated by Betancourt Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1603 Capitol Ave Ste 415 PMB 383663, Cheyenne, WY 82001 (contact: hello@triodo.app). This policy explains what data the Triodo app and triodo.app collect, why, and the choices you have.
Account data (only if you sign in): your email address and a user ID, received from email sign-in links, Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. If you use Sign in with Apple and hide your email, we receive Apple's relay address.
Planner content (only if you sign in): inbox ideas, projects, goals, notes, steps, delegations, AI helper results, and deletion records needed for syncing.
AI helper requests: when you tap Delegate and choose a helper, we process the step, project context and any note you add, plus a record of your AI consent and monthly usage counts.
Feedback: messages you send through Send feedback, and a photo only if you choose to attach one.
Technical data: our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, timestamps and request details) for security and reliability. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
We use data only to provide the app's features: syncing, running the AI helpers you request, enforcing usage limits, answering feedback, and keeping the service secure. We do not use your content for advertising.
We share data only with providers that process it for us:

AI results can be wrong. Results go to your Review inbox and never change your plan or leave the app until you approve them. Don't include sensitive personal information in requests.
We keep your account data until you delete your account. Delete it anytime in the app under Settings → Delete account, or by emailing hello@triodo.app. After deletion, your account data is deleted within 30 days, and copies in backups are deleted within 90 days. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app. See Delete your account.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@triodo.app and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Triodo is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Row-level security limits each account to its own data.
Triodo is a productivity tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and notify you in the app.
